The Utility CoD processor minute usage limit that is currently set for your managed system. When this number of processor minutes have been used after this limit was set, the managed system will remove all Utility CoD processors from the default shared processor pool. Utility CoD is still enabled on the managed system after the managed system reaches the processor minute usage limit.
