Serviceable Event Details

Use this window to view detailed information on the selected serviceable event. You can also view the details for an associated FRU you select.

• Select the FRU and click the Selected FRU menu to perform an action on that FRU.
• Click the Actions menu to perform a task on the event you are viewing. The menu options are:

View Comments

Displays the comments that were added to the serviceable event.

Search Reference Code

Initiates a search on all serviceable events with a reference code that matches the current serviceable event reference code and displays the search results, including the current serviceable event.

View Service History

Displays the service history associated with the selectable serviceable event.

View Additional Details

Displays additional details associated with the selectable serviceable event (PE only).
