Serviceable Event Overview
Use this window to select a serviceable
event that matches your selection criteria.
Click on a column heading to sort the entries.
Click the Selected menu to perform a task on the selected event
as follows:
- View Details
- Displays the details for the selected serviceable event.
- Repair
- Initiates the guided repair for the selected serviceable event.
- Call Home
- Initiates a call home for the selected serviceable event.
If a PMH number exists for a given problem,
the Call Home option is not available.
- Manage Problem Data
- Allows you to perform an action on the available types of problem data you select.
- Close Event
- Allows you to add comments for the serviceable event you close.
Click View Search Criteria to display
your serviceable event search criteria.
