Use this page to add storage capacity to the selected virtual disk. The added storage capacity comes from the unused capacity on the storage pool to which the virtual disk belongs.
If the virtual disk is assigned to a logical partition, you must confirm that you want to add storage capacity to the virtual disk before the storage capacity is added.
This field displays the name of the virtual disk.
This field displays the name of the storage pool to which the virtual disk belongs. The storage capacity that you are adding to the virtual disk comes from this storage pool.
This field displays the storage capacity that is currently available on the storage pool to which the virtual disk belongs. If the size is greater than 1024 MB, the size also displays in gigabytes (GB).
You can add up to this amount of storage capacity to the virtual disk. If you must add more than this amount of storage capacity to the virtual disk, you must either add more physical volumes to the storage pool or delete virtual disks from the storage pool to free up space.
This field displays the current size of the virtual disk in megabytes (MB). If the size is greater than 1024 MB, the size also displays in gigabytes (GB).
Specify the amount of storage capacity that you want to add to the virtual disk. You can specify the amount of storage capacity in megabytes (MB), gigabytes (GB), or terabytes (TB). One GB is equivalent to 1024 MB, and 1 TB is equivalent to 1024 GB.
