Sub-directory on media

Specify the subdirectory location on the media from which you want to import the specified system-plan file. Rather than provide a fully qualified directory location and file name in this field, you must specify the subdirectory location only. For example, you want to import a system-plan file named new_plan that is located on a CD-ROM and the file is in the following subdirectory: HMC1/sysplan_files. The fully qualified directory location and file name for this file is /media/cdrom/HMC1/sysplan_files/new_plan.sysplan. To correctly identify the Sub-directory on media for this file, specify HMC1/sysplan_files only.

To specify the media device and media location for the file, complete these steps:

1. Select Import from media.
2. If the file is to be imported from a subdirectory on the media, specify the subdirectory location of the file in the Sub-directory on media field.
3. Click Import to display the Select Media Device page.
4. Select the media device from which you want to import the system-plan file. The list of media devices contains those devices that are currently available on the system.
5. Click OK to complete the selection and return to the Import System Plan page. The media device that you selected now appears in the Sub-directory on media field.
