Explanation
Two possible reasons are below:
- The IP address of the machine running the GUI application changed as the application ran.
- The 2145 GUI application is not running.
Action
- Turn off the "IBM WebSphere Application Server V6 - SVC" service
- Turn on the "IBM WebSphere Application Server V6 - SVC" service
If that does not work, restart the machine.
