The backup has failed, either because the backup script cannot be downloaded from the cluster, or because the backup script cannot be written to the backup directory of the Common Information Model Object Manager (CIMOM).
Determine the reason that the script cannot be downloaded or written. Correct the source of the problem, and resubmit the task.
