You might need to replace a SAN Volume Controller 2145-8F4 field replaceable unit (FRU).

Table 1 provides

that are labeled in Figure 1.
The frame assembly comprises all the parts except the service controller
and fibre-channel cards. These parts are listed in Table 2.
