Use the Viewing General
Properties panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
view the general information about a cluster.
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table:
- ID
- Displays the system-assigned ID for the cluster.
- Name
- Displays the name of this cluster.
- Time Zone
- Displays the current time
zone setting for the cluster.
- Required
Memory
- Displays the amount of memory a node requires to join
this cluster.
This is set by the first node you use to create the cluster. For example,
if that node has 4 GB, all other nodes that are added to the cluster
must have 4 GB.
- Licensed Code Version
- Displays the SAN Volume Controller licensed
software version.
- Channel Port Speed
- Displays
the speed at which the ports are running.
Also known as the speed of the SAN that the SAN Volume Controller Console is connected to: 1 Gbps, 2 Gbps, or 4 Gbps.
