Use the Viewing Disk Controller Systems panel
in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
view all disk controller systems that are associated with the cluster.
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table:
- Select
- Select a disk controller system to use to complete an action from
the task list.
Note: You can select multiple disk controllers
to view dependent virtual disks (VDisks).
- Name
- Displays the name of the disk
controller system. You can click
the link in this column to display detailed information about the
disk controller system.
- Vendor ID
- Displays
the identifier for the vendor of the disk controller
system. For example, the identifier for the SAN Volume Controller is IBM.
- Product ID Low
- Displays one of the
product identifiers for the disk controller
system. This number is provided by the manufacturer. For example,
the identifier for the FASsT is 1742.
- Product ID High
- Displays one of the product identifiers
for the disk controller
system. This number is provided by the manufacturer.
Actions
You
can select one of the following tasks from the task list:
- Rename
a Disk Controller System
- View VDisk
Dependent on Controller(s)
- Go
- Click this button after selecting a task from the task list. Clicking Go launches
the panel for the task that you selected.
- Refresh
- Click this button to refresh the table with changed values.
