Use the E-mail Server Properties panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
display e-mail server settings that are
associated with the cluster.
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table for e-mail details:
- E-mail Service State
- Displays whether the e-mail service that is used by the cluster
is enabled or disabled.
- E-mail Reply Address
- Displays the address where the e-mail is sent from.
- Contact Name
- Displays the name of the contact person for the cluster that sends
the notifications.
- Machine Location
- Displays the location of the SAN Volume Controller cluster.
- Phone (Primary)
- Displays the primary telephone number of the contact person for
the cluster that sends the notifications.
- Phone (Alternate)
- Displays the alternate telephone number of the contact person
for the cluster that sends the notifications.
- Inventory Schedule (days)
- Displays the interval at which inventory e-mails are sent to the
designated e-mail recipients. The interval range is 0 to 15. The interval
is measured in days. A value of Off indicates
that inventory e-mail notification is disabled.
The following attributes are displayed in the
table for e-mail server:
- Server Name
- Displays the unique name that is assigned to the e-mail server.
- IP Address
- Displays the IP address of the e-mail server. Both
IPv4 or IPv6 addresses are supported.
- Port
- Displays the port number for the e-mail server. This must be a
value of 0 - 65535. The default value is 25.
Actions
The
following action is available:
- Close
- Click this button to exit the panel.
