You
can specify filter criteria from the Filtering FlashCopy® Consistency
Groups panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console.
The filter criteria that you specify control the FlashCopy consistency
groups that
are displayed on the panel.
Introduction
Filtering
is useful when you have a large number of consistency
groups. The criteria that you select determine which Consistency Groups
are
displayed on the panel. If you click Refresh,
a current
list of Consistency Groups is retrieved and is displayed on the panel.
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table:
- Select
- Use the Items list to select Checked
Items or Unchecked Items.
The default is All Items.
- Name
- You can use a text search entry to filter the list
of Consistency Groups.
Select a condition from the Condition List–Contains, Does not Contain,
Starts
with, Ends with, Matches–and enter the text in the text field. Select Match
Case if required for the filter. You can also filter the
groups
by using the Is empty or Is not
empty choice
in the Condition list. The defaults are Contains in
the Condition list and an empty text field.
- State
- Use the Item list to filter the list of mappings by one of the
following
states:
- Idle or Copied
- Preparing
- Prepared
- Copying
- Idle or Copied
- Suspended
- Stopped
- Stopping
Actions
The
following actions are available:
- OK
- Click
this button to display FlashCopy consistency groups
based
on selected filter criteria.
- Cancel
- Click
this button to exit the panel without using filters.
