Concurrent maintenance is the capability to perform I/O
operations to an HDS USP or NSC while simultaneously performing maintenance
operations on it. Concurrent firmware upgrades are supported with
the SAN Volume Controller.
Important: An HDS Field Engineer must perform
all maintenance procedures.
