Use the Renaming a Metro or Global Mirror consistency group
in
the SAN Volume Controller Console to
change the name of a Mirror consistency group.
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table:
- Consistency
Group Name
- Displays the name of this consistency group.
- Consistency Group ID
- Displays the system-assigned
ID for this consistency group.
- State
- Displays
the current state of this consistency group. The following
values
are possible:
- Inconsistent Stopped
- Inconsistent Copying
- Consistent Stopped
- Consistent Synchronized
- Idling
- Idling Disconnected
- Inconsistent Disconnected
- Consistent
Disconnected
- Empty
- Copy
Type
- Displays the copy type of the Mirror relationship. The
following values
are possible:
- Metro
- Synchronous
copy
- Global
- Asynchronous copy
Fields
- *New Name
- Enter a new name for the consistency
group.
Actions
The
following actions are available:
- OK
- Click
this button to rename the consistency group.
- Cancel
- Click this button to exit the panel without renaming the consistency
group.
