You can use the SAN Volume Controller Console to
rename a Metro
Mirror or Global Mirror consistency
group.
This task assumes that you have already launched the SAN Volume Controller Console.
Perform the following steps to rename a Metro
Mirror or Global Mirror consistency
group:
- Click in the portfolio.
- Select the consistency group that you want to change.
- Select Rename a Consistency Group from
the task list and click Go. The Renaming Mirror
Consistency Group panel is displayed.
- Type a new name for the consistency group in the New
Name field.
- Click OK.
