Removing iSNS server configuration

You can remove the configuration for the Internet Storage Name Service (iSNS) server that is currently configured for the SAN Volume Controller cluster using the SAN Volume Controller Console. The iSNS server manages iSCSI targets and performs iSCSI discovery.

This task assumes that you have already launched the SAN Volume Controller Console. To remove the configuration for the iSNS server for this cluster, follow these steps:

  1. In the portfolio, click Remove iSNS Configuration . The Remove iSNS Configuration panel is displayed.
  2. Confirm that the selected configuration should be removed
  3. Click Remove.
