Use the Renaming Managed Disk panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
change the name of a selected managed disk (MDisk).
Attributes
The
following attributes are displayed in the table:
- MDisk Name
- Displays the name of the selected MDisk.
- MDisk ID
- Displays the system-assigned ID of the selected MDisk.
Fields
You
can update the following fields:
- New Name
- Enter the new name for the selected MDisk.
Actions
The
following actions are available:
- OK
- Click this button to change the name of the MDisk.
- Cancel
- Click this button to exit the panel without changing the name of the MDisk.
