rmsyslogserver

The rmsyslogserver command deletes the specified syslog server.

Parameters

syslog_server_name | syslog_server_id
(Required) Specifies the name or ID of the syslog server to be deleted.

Description

Use this command to delete an existing syslog server. You must specify either the current name of the server or the ID returned at creation time. Use the svcinfo lssyslogserver command to obtain this ID.

An invocation example

svctask rmsyslogserver 2
