Use the Software Upgrade Status panel
in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
monitor the status of an upgrade. The upgrade is complete when the
cluster code level and the individual node code levels match. You
can click the Check Upgrade Status button to
refresh the results and recheck the status of the upgrade.
Actions
The
following action is available:
- Abort
- Click this button to abort the upgrade if it stalls. Aborting
the upgrade returns the system to the previous software level that
was running before the software upgrade started.
Attention: This
action should only be taken if requested by an IBM® service representative.
- Check Upgrade Status
- Click this button to refresh the upgrade results to determine
if the upgrade has completed. When the code levels are the same for
the cluster and the nodes the upgrade has complete successfully.
