You can use the command-line interface (CLI) to configure
remote authentication service and manage users and user groups on
the cluster.
The following user management commands are available:
- chauthservice
- Configures the remote authentication service of the cluster.
- chcurrentuser
- Changes the attributes of the current user.
- chuser
- Changes the attributes of an existing user.
- chusergrp
- Changes the attributes of an existing user group.
- lscurrentuser
- Displays the name and role of the logged-in user. See the lscurrentuser command in the Information commands section.
- lsuser
- Lists the users who have been created on the cluster. See
the lsuser command in the Information commands section.
- lsusergrp
- Lists the user groups that have been created on the cluster. See
the lsusergrp command in the Information commands section.
- mkuser
- Creates either a local or a remote user to access a SAN Volume
Controller cluster.
- mkusergrp
- Creates a new user group.
- rmuser
- Removes a user.
- rmusergrp
- Removes a user group.
