These panel descriptions
apply to all I/O groups panels that are
part of the SAN Volume Controller Console.
Viewing I/O groups
All of the I/O groups that belong
to a cluster are displayed in the Viewing I/O Groups panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console.
Renaming input/output groups
You can rename an I/O group from the Renaming I/O groups panel
in the SAN Volume Controller Console.
Modifying Copy Services space
Use the
Modify Copy Service Space panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
modify
the amount of memory that is available for Copy Services functions or
virtual disk (VDisk) mirroring.
Recovering VDisks by I/O group
Use the
Recover VDisks by I/O Group panel in the SAN Volume Controller Console to
recover all corrupted virtual disks (VDisks) or copies within the
selected I/O group. VDisks are corrupted when cached data or space-efficient
metadata has been lost, usually as a result of a hardware failure.
This data loss is indicated when the VDisk has a Fast Write State
of Corrupt.
