Add New Email Notifications

Screen Element Description
Email address: Enter the email address of the individual to receive email notifications.
Lowest alert level to modify Click on ▼and select the appropriate alert level to assign to the email address. The selections are:
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • (None)
Advanced Reporting Email Notifications: Click the check box to Send Report: The selections are:
  • Drive Utilization
  • Media Integrity
  • Media Usage
  • Media Security
Date and Time: The day/time the Advanced Reporting Email Notification is scheduled to be sent.
OK button Click this button to save the information entered.
Cancel button Click this button to cancel any information entered.
