After you've installed the DS6000 system, you can easily activate your licensed functions before configuring the system. After you receive an order confirmation code, go to the IBM Disk Storage Feature Activation (DSFA) Web site at https://www.ibm.com/storage/dsfa/index.jsp. Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve the feature activation code for each licensed function that you purchased. Then, enter these codes in the DS Storage Manager interface to activate the functions.
