You can use the Storage Manager interface to apply firmware code updates. Under Manage hardware, select the appropriate storage unit and then select Apply firmware update and follow the on-screen instructions. You can receive e-mail notifications of firmware code updates and obtain updates through My Support by going to the My Support Web site (ibm.com/support/mysupport) and following the instructions.
