        information about IBM(R) TotalStorage(TM) DS6000(TM)
	Storage Manager and how to get help. It also lists the contents
	of the installation package, which includes the 
	IBM(R) TotalStorage(TM) DS6000(TM) Storage Manager, the
	DS Network Interface Server, and the DS Storage Manager.

	who are familiar with the Windows NT(R) or Windows 2000(R)
        environment and need to use the IBM(R) TotalStorage(TM) DS6000(TM)
	Storage Manager for logical configuration on the DS6000.

3.0	Contents of the TotalStorage DS6000 Storage Manager Package

	The DS6000 Storage manager contains the following files. 	
        
	<DIR>   _jvm		- Java Virtual Machine files used by the uninstaller
        <DIR>   _uninst         - The uninstaller for this product
        <DIR>   applications	- DS6000 Storage Manager EARs
        <DIR>   license 	- International Program License Agreement translated 
				in several languages	
	<DIR>   logs		- The log files for installation and uninstallation

        where <DIR> represents the base DS6000 Storage 
        Manager target directory.

	The DS6000 Storage manager also depends on two other applications,
	which are included in the installation package:
	1) DS Network Interface Server 
	2) DS Storage Manager
	See sections 3.1 and 3.2 for the contents of those packages.
