Import storage complex — Define management consoles (simulated only)

Use this page to connect directly to a storage complex by defining management console properties — if the machines are network connected.

Simulated manager > Manage hardware > Storage complexes > Select Action: Import... > Go

Define Management console 1
Management console 1 IP address: The IP address to one of two possible Management consoles in the storage complex.
User ID: Required to access information (like the physical or logical configuration from the box) from the storage complex. This value is the same for both Management consoles.
Password: Required to access information (like the physical or logical configuration from the box) from the storage complex. This value is the same for both Management consoles.
Define a second Management console: If this box is checked, you must enter the IP address of the second Management console.
Management console 2 IP address: Required field if the Define a second Management console box is selected. The IP address to one of two possible Management consoles in the storage complex.
