The sendss command
is used by a DS6000 user with administrator authority to send previously created
offloaded statesave files to IBM. This might be necessary if there was an
error during the original FTP of the statesave file.

Parameters
Notes: - This command can only be initiated from the DSCLI client installed locally
on the management console connected to the target storage unit.
- Only DS6000 users who have administrator authority
can use this command.
- Use the lsss command with the -state ready parameter to
list the statesave files that you want to send to IBM.
- After the files are sent to IBM, the copies on your system are automatically
moved to the %MR1750_SM_HOME%\send2IBM\sent directory.
- -retry count
- (Optional) Specifies the number of times you want the system to keep trying
to send the files by FTP if an error occurred on the original FTP transaction.
You can specify a value of 0 - 3. The default is 0 and indicates that FTP
not make attempts to resend the files.
- statesave_name | … | -
- (Required) Specifies the file that is to be sent to IBM. A typical filename
might look like the following:
