This failure might be caused by an incorrect activity log file path definition, or the activity log file access permission values might not allow you to open the activity log file. Future activity cannot be written to the activity log file.
Ensure that the activity log file path is defined correctly and that you have access permission to open the activity log file. Restart the CLI and resubmit the task.
