Flash Cards for PalmOs(tm) v1.0
Copyright 2002 Cisco Press
------------------------------------------------------------------
GENERAL INFORMATION

The Flash Cards program presents the user with over 350 various
questions taken directly from the book "Cisco CCNA Flash Card
Practice Kit". These questions span 15 different categories
including "IP Routes", "Internetworking Concepts" and
"Cabling Cisco Devices".

eFlashCards allows for the user to chose from 4 different "Pre-made"
tests such as "Just the Basics", "Tough Terms", "Final Preperation"
and "All Available Questions". The user can also pick one of the 15
different categories which they want to be tested over in the options
menu.

Finally, FlashCards has the unique "Custom Sets" feature
that allows the user to mark individual questions across all
categories and save those questions to a "Custom Set" so that they
can choose to be tested selectively over those questions later. This
allows users to mark the questions that they want to review again for
more efficient studying.

System Requirements:

HOW TO USE CUSTOM SETS

To save questions to a Custom Set
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While viewing a question that you would like to save for later review
simply fill in the checkbox above the question that says "Custom
Set #X" (Where X is the currently active Custom Set).  You can fill
six Custom Sets with different selected questions.  These sets will
retain your selected questions even when you exit the program.
To select a Custom Set to be quizzed on
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Enter the FlashCards Options screen and choose the third option
"Choose Custom Set" (This brings up a screen where you choose which
custom set to be quizzed on). If that set is empty and has not had
questions put in it yet, you will only have access to Question #1 in the
database when you return to the main screen. Go back into Options and choose
again to select a Custom Set that has had questions put in it (assuming you
have done so already). You can then hit OK and the question list you
are quizzed on will be only questions that have been placed in that
Custom Set.

To remove questions from a Custom Set
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
While viewing the question you want to remove within a custom set,
simply uncheck the checkbox that was used to add the question to the
set.  When you then re-select this Custom Set it will no longer have
the question you wanted to remove.
