dimension position.

dimension text.

All the horizontal dimensions are created. The next step
is to add the vertical dimensions. BACK-UP and choose
VERTICL then indicate the dimension positions.

Using CTRL-A toggles the arrows from inside the witness 
lines to the outside. Nothing will happen until you signal
for CADKEY to create the dimensions.

Use the Immediate Mode command CTRL-A to toggle the arrows 
setting to the outside.
