General rules:
- shall be specified by customer project ("Master Request")
- take the newest/topmost one for a development release
- take the one used before (or a bugfix version of it) for a series release
- refer to ...\CustomerSupplied\pdx.ini for a ODX4VAG version supporting a specific pdx file

Specific rules:
- B8 interim must be processed by DGS-EC/ESC3-Frenzen
- PDX files newer than KW46 2008 must still be checked for new features
- PDX newer than KW07 2009 needs version >= 2.9.0 (structural changes for engine tests)
