A broadcast message is a message that can either be sent to
the entire system or to individual users. A broadcast message
is a one-way message; you cannot respond to it. The feature must
be enabled by an administrator before it is available to users.
By default, broadcast messaging to other users is enabled, and
system broadcasts are disabled.
Personal History shows past messages that you have either received
or sent in Novell Messenger. This feature is helpful when you
need to find information from an earlier message. Conversations,
chat rooms, and broadcasts are all part of your personal history.
The feature must be enabled by an administrator before it is available
to users. By default, personal history is enabled for all users.
