To export a contact list

You can save your contact list as a . nmx file (contact list file) to distribute to other users. When someone imports the . nmx file, the imported contacts are merged with his or her existing Contact List.

1. Click File, then click Export Contact List.

2. Browse to the location where you want to save your . nmx file.

3. Type the name of your file (for example, contacts.nmx), then click Save.
