In a Conversation window, click File, then click Open Conversation.
Browse to the location of the conversation, then click OK.
Use this procedure to open a conversation you have saved.
In order to search for a conversation that has been archived, your system administrator needs to grant you access rights. For more information, see To search the archives for logged conversations.
