Chat Access

This property page specifies the type of access users have to the chat room.

If you change information on the General page, users must log out and log back in to the chat room to see the results of the changes to the chat room.

User Rights
A list of users and the rights they have for the chat room. To add a user, click Add User. To remove a user, click Remove User. When a chat room is created, the default general user access is set to View and Send.

View
Allows the selected user to view the chat room.

Send
Allows the selected user to send messages in the chat room.

Modify Rights
This option allows the selected user to change the rights of the chat room.

Moderator
Makes the selected user a moderator for the chat room. Moderators can force unwanted participants to leave the chat room.

Set Password
Allows you to create a password for the chat room. Participants must provide the correct password to join the chat room.
