When you run the Messenger Installation program, it automatically creates a Chat Container object for chat room objects. Use this dialog box to search for a chat room object.
A chat room allows multiple users to join a conversation on a particular topic. You can control who owns the chat room, the chat room's name, a description of the chat room, a welcome message for the chat room, the maximum number of participants, whether the chat room is archived, and if the chat room is searchable.
To search for a chat room
Type the name of the chat room in the Chat Room Name field, then click Search.
A list of chat rooms whose names begin with your search parameter is displayed
in the Results table.
To edit a chat room
Select the chat room to edit, then click Edit. Make your edits, then click OK.
To remove a chat room
Select the chat room to remove, click Remove, then click Yes.
