User Personal History

This property page specifies the print and save restrictions and the personal history restrictions for this user and overrides the information on the Personal History property page of the user's policy.

After you change information on the Personal History page, the user must log out and log back in to the Messenger client to see the results.

Allow Users to Print and Save Conversations
Select this option to allow this user to print and save conversations. If you disable this option, this user can no longer print or save conversations.

Allow Users to Use Personal History
Select this option to allow this user to save and view their personal history of any conversations, chat rooms, and broadcasts that he or she participated in.

Lock Buttons
If you click the lock button on a setting, the setting cannot be changed for the User object.
