In order to install and run QuoTracker, you must have following configurations:

• QuoTracker is developed for Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT(4.0) (English) systems. It is tested only on these operating systems, and therefore there is no guarantee to run on other platforms and operating systems like Windows 3.x.
• Initial installation requires about 3 to 10 MB disk space in your hard drive depending on the current configuration of your machine.
• To use QuoTracker, you must have Internet access. Without Internet access QuoTracker is useless.
• You also must have correctly installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer on your machine, although you don't need to set it as your default web browser.

In order to shorten the download time, QuoTracker has been made available in several kits to meet different demands. Please go to QuoTracker's home page at www.quotracker.com to get an installation kit you need.

In general, all installation kits are packed in a zip file. Use a tool (e.g. WinZip) to unzip it. There are three files in each kit: setup.exe, setup.lst, and quotracker.cab. There is also a ReadMe.txt file in each kit, which may contain specific information for the kit. So, read it first. To install QuoTracker, just run setup.exe and follow the instructions there.

Starting from QuoTracker v1.12, we are trying to deliver the installation kit in an executable file. Just double-click on the downloaded executable to start installation.
