- Shows the use of external graphics to replace normal text.
- The links lead nowhere in this demo, but click the folders to
watch the menu animate.
- Java only has two simple internal fonts. To enable these applets
to present text with graphic effects and unlimited fonts, you can make
your own small text graphics to replace the text. There are no restrictions
on what you put in these graphics.
- This demonstration shows only one graphic per entry. It is, however,
possible to define up to four graphics per entry. For example, our tree
applets can have text graphics for normal, visited, active and mouse-over
states. The button applets can have normal, pressed and mouse-over states.
- The demonstration also shows a variety of icons placed to the left of
the entries. Icons are fully user-definable and may also have all the states
mentioned above. They can be assigned to any entry you wish.
- Text graphics are shown here in conjunction with the tree type I applet,
but can be applied identically in all the Pro (not Express) versions of the
iSlide Pro applets.
