v0.10

+ Opera support. The whole OPERAtion took only 15 minutes so I am
terribly sorry for being inOPERAtive that long despite this highly
       popular request.

Please note, Opera support is still in beta stage and full OPERAbility
is not guaranteed. What's worse, this release is not too well debugged
because my secondary debug monitor is broken and works only 15 minutes
a day. More, I tested the program with Opera 3.50 only, therefore it
may refuse to work with newer/older versions.

Known limitation: this release (and most probably all future releases)
is not able to close an Opera popup which loads abnormally and
produces messageboxes like "Could not locate remote server", "Could
not open file" etc. Not a big problem because the situation is rare.

My own chances to find something wrong and nasty in Opera support are
practically equal to zero - I don't use Opera. Netscape rulez. Dixi.
So Opera fans, all your comments and bug reports are welcome.

Please note, only few basic popups were added to the kill list in Opera
format and you'll have to add the rest yourself.

Support for all other browsers should OPERAte as before.

v0.09

+ Add URL dialog has been renamed to Add Popup.

+ Now it is possible to select the list (Kill or Don't Kill) in the Add
       Popup dialog.

+ Context help in Add Popup dialog.

+ A stupidest bug in Advanced Options dialog has been cured. Am starting
to suspect that my mental health is somewhat out of order (imagine,
I've seen a UFO today). Proper time to start thinking about working
       for Micro$oft...

+ No more "borrowed" icons/cursors. I am terribly sorry, mr. Richter.

v0.08

+ Terminator mode. Kill everything promptly and regardless of any other
settings. Ideal for warez/porno/password sites which open lots of new
browser windows simultaneously and closing any of them produces more
       and more new popups.

This setting is not restored after restarting the program and you
have to turn it on manually. However, if you start KillAd using "-t"
command line switch, Terminator mode will be turned on immediately.

!!! Use this mode with extreme care because it creates an extra load
for your browser and sooner or later it may crash !!!

v0.07

+ "Sticky icon" problem has been cured.

+ Don't Kill list. Same as the URL list but with the opposite meaning.
If a window title can be found it the Don't Kill list, such window
will not be killed. This way you can keep your favorite popups alive
even if the program is instructed to kill anything.

+ No more Reload URL List menu item. Now KillAd senses when user
changes a list and reloads it automatically. Due to some Windows
restrictions now it is strictly recommended to keep KillAd files in
       a separate folder.

+ New menu item: Play Sound -> Random. Now you can put any number of
.wav files into KillAd folder. If this option is turned on, each time
KillAd destructs a popup, it will select in a randow way and play one
       of these sound files.

+ Statistics dialog has been sped up more than three times. Now it eats
0.1% of CPU time instead of 0.45%. If the dialog is hidden, the program
does not consume CPU time at all.

+ Defaults button in the Advanced Options dialog. Sets default values
for all its controls, allowing you to discard all changes you could
cause by mistake in a single keypress.

+ Two new options in Advanced Options dialog: Kill every browser window
which is smaller than... and Don't kill any browser windows bigger
than... Selfexplanatory, I suppose. Thanks to Todd Courtnage
       (tcourtnage@canada.com) for the idea.

+ Window highlighting when using any of Finder tools.

+ Color highlighting in dialogs. What? No, you can't turn it off. :-{)

+ Killion (*) of different internal changes.
(*) "Killion (n.) - a number which is so big that knowing it may
       simply kill you." :-{)

v0.06
v0.05

+ I've been way too busy to release them.

v0.04

+ An attempt to handle browsers much more gently than before. Should
substantially decrease the probability of browser crashes.

v0.03

     + Netscape 3.x support

If you don't use this browser you may want to delete all entries
in the supplied URL list that begin with "Netscape - [" thus
preserving few bytes of memory. If you use only this browser you
can delete all lines that do not begin with this sequence. To keep
the size of the list reasonable only few basic popups were added
to it in NC3 format. Use Add URL menu item to add all others.

+ Some speed-up for Microsoft browsers

+ Stupid bug has been cured. Your chances to hit it were equal to zero
but anyway. Love the way TASM handles local variables...

     + Some internal cosmetics

+ All strings containing '1998' were changed to '1999'... :-{)

       Happy New Year to everyone!

v0.02

+ Invoking the About dialog could crash the program. Fixed.

Seems like I am a complete idiot. =8-{(

v0.012

     + IE5 beta 2 support

+ Browser selection in Advanced Options dialog

Disabling support for browser(s) you don't use may slightly
decrease consuming of CPU cycles and therefore increase the
system's performance. Don't expect the change to be noticeable,
we're talking of times like few microseconds but anyway.

Please note: occasionally IE4 goes mad and thinks that it is IE5
and vice versa so you may have to determine the best settings
       experimentally.

     + Some cosmetic changes

v0.011

+ A nasty bug has been cured - sometimes (rarely enough, I must say)
KillAd could start consuming too many CPU cycles. I am terribly sorry.

v0.010

     + -u command line switch

Unloads already working program instance (if any) and does
not start a new one. May be used in a batch file.

     + -? and -h command line swithes

       Show available command line switches.

v0.0091

     + Help file repaired.

+ Few URLs added to URL list

v0.009

     + The first public release.
