Driver revision V2.279 is a modification to the AbortPostRoutine()
routine to not log an error if the target I/O is not found in the
CHIM layer. If the CHIM layer doesn't have it then it must have
completed.

CHIM revision V364A8 prevents a KMF panic in the CHIM routine
SCSIhSwappingSearchNewQ() seen when the adapter returns an
invalid SCB number from its SRAM. We will now detect this condition,
assume the adapter is out of sync and init the adapter.

Driver revision 2.278 fixes a kernel panic.

CHIM revision 364A6 fixes a problem with handling of tag and non tag I/O.

The present command timing logic of the KZPEA driver could overwhelm the kernel callout handling mechanism. The new driver has an improved algorithm to overcome this.
