There problems fixed with this kit are
1. On deleting a tape device the ref counts for the device were found to be
    off. This prevented the device from being deleted properly. 
2. The DRD_KGS_WAIT_TRANS_DONE flag was left set after the transaction was
    done. This is a minor problem and could have been caused due to problem 
    with the ref counts. 
3. A drd ref count is left on when a cluster member losses access to a tape and 
    regains it. This could prevent a customer from being able to delete the tape
    when the cluster regains from the transition. 
4. On certain types of media errors, a tape device could be left in unusable 
    state. The device will always return busy even though no transaction is
    going on on that device. 
5. When an upgrade is done to TCR 5.1B pk4, the cluster could loose access to 
    backplain RAID devices (kzpac,kzpcc etc).
