  Third-party Support (CA AdviseIT)? 
 The Question is:
 
Trying to install "AdviseIT" agent software (ADVISEITAGT v2.2 by Computer
Associates) for OpenVMS.
The machine we are installing on is an AlphaServer 2100 5/250 running
openVMS V7.1.
 
The install keeps aborting/failing with the following error message:
 
%DCL-W-ACTIMAGE, error activating image CALIC$SHR
-CLI-E-IMAGEFNF, image file not found
AP5VMS$DKA0:[SYS0.SYSCOMMON.][SYSLIB]CALIC$SHR.EXE;
%VMSINSTAL-E-INSFAIL, The installation of ADVISEITAGT V2.2 has failed.
 
We can't seem to find this file CALIC$SHR.EXE on any of our cluster systems.
 
Any hints?

  third-party hardware or software -- please contact the third-party support
  organization(s) directly for assistance.  (The "AdviseIT" package is not
  part of OpenVMS, is not supported by OpenVMS, and is not familiar to the
  OpenVMS Wizard.)
