  PATHWORKS V6.0B port binding failure? 
 The Question is:
 
I performed a new installation of Pathworks v6.0b for Advanced Server.  I
 configured it to use the TCPIP transport.  When I start the server, the
 PWRK$KNBDAEMON process starts and then stops.  The applicable log tells me
 that there was a port binding fail
ure.  ADMIN commands come back with error get server information, network path
 not located.  Do you have any ideas on this problem?

    Check if PWIP is started.
 
    Check ADMINISTRATORS GUIDE (on the web) for discussion of configuring
    transports and, in particular the PWRK$KNBDAEMON_DEVICE logical.
