  Third-party software? (zmodem) 
 The Question is:
 
We provide our customers with the option to download files from our gateway by
 using the zmodem protocol, I know that you don't provide support on this
 software, but all I need to know is the meaning of an error message that
 appears in our log file, that
message is "128 %SYSTEM-W-DEVOFFLINE, device is not in configuration or not
 available.".
 
Basically I need to know if that message is hardware related or if it points to
 a problem in our end, where can I find information related to that error
 message?. Any help will be apreciated.

  messages, please see HELP/MESSAGE and related resources.
 
  Whether or not zmodem uses the message similarly is not known.
