&   Network Datalink Errors and Telnet?   The Question is:    L OpenVMS V7.3 Alpha server, model 1000 4/233 512MB RAM, with DEFPA-DB networkM  interface and TCP/IP V5.1-15 often stops accepting telnet connections. Users L  already connected are OK, system is not hung or busy, but all new users get  Username prompt and rows L of "y" charcters are displayed. There are no interface errors or collisions,M  number of telnet sessions does not reach the limit either. Restarting TCP/IP J  stack does not help, server has to be rebooted.
