                      Release EXM-12 (Version 1.00)
                              March 18, 1994

The EXM-12 is a prototyping module for use with products compatible
with the EXM expansion interface. The EXM-12 printed circuit board
is filled with an array of holes spaced 100 mils apart, along with
hole spacing for inserting a 40-pin header at the front of the board.

This floppy disk contains the design information for the EXM-12.
Included are the ABEL-compatible source files (*.abl) and their
associated JEDEC compatible program files (*.jed) for the PALs
as well as the OrCAD-compatible schematic file (exm12.sch) and
its archive library (exm12.lib).

Difference between V0.00 and V1.00
----------------------------------
* Renamed exm12.arc to exm12.lib.

Installing and Configuring your EXM-12
---------------------------------------
There is no special installation procedure for this. You can use the DOS
copy/xcopy command to copy the files to your hard disk anywhere you like.

To configure the EXM-12, use the EXM BIOS setup menu (press Ctrl+Atl+Esc
from the DOS prompt followed by F2) and set the ID byte to F3 and OB1
to 05 in the appropriate slot number to enable the card.
(For more information, see page 4 of EXM-12 Hardware Reference Manual.)
