CASEtalk is the object-oriented tool that gives support through the whole development process - from design to implementation.

CASEtalk supports the concept of Object-Oriented Implementation (OOI) with efficient prototyping and smooth iterative development that always synchronizes new code with existing code.

CASEtalk/Designer is the first Java and Smalltalk design and modelling tool with a full integration to a framework. Using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) paradigm results in very easily maintainable programs. The code related to the model, the user-interface and the business logic is completely separated.

CASEtalk/Programmer is the most sophisticated persistency framework available. It has full transaction/commitment control support as well as a lot of built in facilities such as pessimistic locking and support for SQL views.

Use CASEtalk/Designer to

• Design an Object Model.
• Create a physical database design.
• Obtain advanced mapping between objects and tables.
• Create and execute SQL DDL to create the database.
• Generate all your SW components related to the Object Model and the relational DB.

Use CASEtalk/Programmer to

• Implement all your business logic in Java or Smalltalk while using the extensive framework provided with CASEtalk.
• Generate and maintain all SQL statements needed to access data.
