FlexiReceivables, the accounts receivable module in the FlexiFinancials integrated suite of accounting applications, lets you establish a broad range of business rules governing cash management, collections, and customer maintenance. A selection of standard queries and reports for cash forecasting and invoice aging as well as tax reporting aids in managing receivables.
Flexi’s solutions are based on an open, scaleable architecture built from the ground up and optimized for today’s client/server environments. FlexiFinancials applications are designed for high-volume, distributed accounting operations requiring mainframe-level performance of up to 2.4 million transactions per hour. FlexiReceivables provides optimized native support for a number of databases including DB2, Microsoft SQL, Sybase, and Oracle.
All FlexiFinancials applications provide full support of the Year 2000. Organizations using FlexiFinancials can avoid costly and time-consuming century date change conversions.
FlexiReceivables allows quick access to information through its highly intuitive tree structure. Users can graphically browse for relationships, analyze hierarchical structures, track multiple billing and sales locations, form account relationships, review or process invoices prior to posting, and even produce invoices in batch or on an individual basis. FlexiReceivables supports multiple companies, divisions, and an unlimited number of currencies. The FlexiReceivables environment supports EFT and EDI and can integrate with powerful decision support, office automation, workflow, imaging and reporting solutions.
