Printing

To print the contents of the current window:

1. From the File menu, choose Print.

2. In the Print dialog, set the printing options as appropriate.

3. Choose the OK button.

To change the page setup:

1. From the File menu, choose Page Setup.

2. In the Page Margin fields, type the margin measurements in inches.

3. In each Page Header and Page Footer field, specify the information to be printed by using the following variables. Variables may be combined with text (Page &p of &P).

   date printed (24 Feb 1996)	&D
   time printed (05:30 PM)	&t
   time printed (17:30)	&T
   current page number	&p
   total number of pages	&P

4. Choose the OK button.
